My name is Riddhi and was wanting to pursue further studies and my career in Canada. My profile was little complicated because I had tried for PR and have a work experience of 7yrs. Hi, This is ritaben from india. I apply for super visa,canada as my son live there. Shalinbhai is a representative of my file. Hello Fly immigration services, Thank you for the huge good news that you gave about my PPR. I had lodged my study permit first time on 7th sept 2021 under SDS category for UG paralegal program in humber institute, unfortunately IRCC refused my permit stating that I will not return to my home county post studies. Then on 12th nov 2021, I had re-applied my study permit by showing additional funds and explaining that to look after the assets of family

I will come back but still on 24th feb 2022 they refused my permit by giving me one more additional reason along with not leave Canada that my proposed study in Canada is irrelevant. I was completely shocked and I ordered gcms notes in that they gave me general reasons that I have done bachelor, my academics are low and I will not leave the county. But I did not give up and in the same institute I changed my program to pg alternative dispute resolution and filed my visa for the third time on 19th April 2022 and on 6th of July 2022 IRCC gave me another shock that they have refused my permit again because I had earlier visited Canada and did not comply with their conditions.

I have no visa of any foreign country nor I went overseas, still my permit was rejected. Then I contacted Shalin sir (Fly Canada immigration services) for help and within two-three days he prepared my file after all legal formalities and filed my visa for the 4th time in non-sds category on 15th of july but luck played the game despite his efforts and got refusal on 30th of July.Still, we did not give up and we lodged for the 5th and the final time under non-sds category on 8th august and on 7th of sept finally we received study permit approval after lots of hard work and efforts. Regardless of 7 CGPA and no backlogs in my bachelors in law, I have faced mental stress. Thanks a lot to Shalin sir and Fly Canada immigration services.
